Senior Customer Data Analyst Jobs

5-8 years of previous experience in call center management preferred

Ensure team task/service quality by applying in-depth disciplinary knowledge of policies, concepts and procedures within own area

Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Reporting, analysis, and insights: Building dashboards to track performance, derive insights, understand growth levers, and communicate recommendations via presentations to stakeholders

Strong analytical skills with experience in handling large amount of data from pdf/excel

Design client presentations and enhance customised reporting experience

At least 5 years of financial data analayst experience

Python skills for task automation, data analysis, and data visualization

For overseas applicants it will be fully remote
