Qualifications in Operations, Supply-Chain background or Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Commercial, Accounting
Implement end-to-end policies, procedures and tools to establish effective direct and indirect Procurement function.
Build business relationships and own the procurement relationship with the relevant stakeholders within the country and the related supplier base.
Lead and drive the creation and implementation of sourcing and supplier strategies and ensure compliance with procurement policies, standards and guidelines.
Perform cost and scenario analysis, including bench-marking
