Having good experience about Balanced Scorecard, Competency Matrix, Talent Management / Succession Plan, TNA & Training Design

Develop and handle performance management systems, job evaluation, and job grading, including monitoring KPIs.

Assist warehouse operation management to plan, strategize and grow Shopee’s business by enabling data-driven decision-making.

Work closely with warehouse operations team and management team.

Experience 4 years working with one or more language for querying (SQL).

Experienced working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions.

Good working knowledge of warehouse operation and e-commerce market.

Excellent communication, presentation slides creation and presentation skill.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Management, Human Resources, Learning Development, or a related field

Conduct the implementation and progression of performance management programs that support employee growth and development

Coordinate and execute the logistical aspect of the Talent Management events

Support the implementation of the learning management system and other learning activities

Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

Melakukan analisa, kontrol dan update terhadap deskripsi jabatan, kualifikasi jabatan dan struktur organisasi

Menganalisa evaluasi jabatan tiap posisi sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku

Menganalisa pencapaian KPI karyawan melalui dashboard/system performance

Mengevaluasi efektifitas skema KPI sehingga dapat mengukur kinerja karyawan secara efektif

Minimal pendidikan S1, Semua jurusan

Minimum 5 years on Data Analyst / IT Engineer / IT Service Management

Giving inputs / suggestions to each agent/unit in increasing service capabilities in service customers.

Have a solid background and technical skills in their area of specialization, and understand business metric performance, budgeting, and target setting.

Have an experiences developing and maintaining the data performance and data framework

Monitor high level service level and identify areas for service improvement

Utilize database and/or technologies to design, develop, enhance and evaluate innovative report/business through intelligence tools and automated reports

Has 5 years of experience in the field of performance management and budget planning
