Having minimum 3 years related experience as POD Specialist

Mastering interview skill & psychology test

Experience in Ms. Office especially Ms. Visio & Ms. Excel

Maintaining MPP of all division and Fully responsible for the employee recruitment process

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Have experience in developing module & design training methods

Handle in-house training for all store positions

Create new module to support store team learning and development

Coach and present module to store team

Maintain store team performance after training session
